FAQ

  • Gift vouchers can be purchased in store or online.

    - Simply select one of the pre-set gift voucher amounts - $85, $115, $125, $165, $185, $210

    - At the checkout enter your personal details, before agreeing to the terms and conditions of the purchase. Please note customisation of the voucher to write a personal message is unfortunately not available on our end - any comments written in the ‘notes to business’ section pertaining to a message for your loved one won’t be processed.

    - The confirmation screen will then allow you to view the gift certificate. From here, you can then choose to print the voucher supplied, or to email the voucher to your loved one. When selecting to email this voucher, you can then write a heartfelt message for your recipient.

    - You will also receive an email confirmation receipt with a voucher code.

  • You’ll receive a printable or emailable e-gift certificate to the email address that is provided at the checkout. Haven’t received an email? Make sure to check your spam folder or contact info@sattvaspa.com.au if you need any assistance.

  • We use Acuity Scheduling to manage all treatment bookings. You can redeem gift certificates here using your unique coupon code.

  • Sattva Spa gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

  • Your gift voucher can be used to pay for mutliple bookings until the voucher balance reaches zero. When using your gift voucher to make a purchase higher than the value of your voucher, you’ll be provided with the option to pay the balance.
